I just heard a radio interview with the founder, Shirleen Von Hoffmann, and felt the need to pass on this valuable information about the free "cancer wellness coaching" her foundation provides to cancer patients, which includes patient support and advocacy, home visits, and meal support. They also provide seminars for patients, their families, and caregivers, and retreats to persons going through cancer treatment as well as to cancer survivors.
